Let’s state some facts here:

Most of men who are over 45 years old got attracted by younger women but they are afraid of being rejected or not to be taken seriously.

In the same time most women over 25 and single are already disappointed by men of their age. And our big problem is to find a mature man that can satisfy our needs.

Here is another fact: in most cases men reach their maturity level after the age of 30 and for us age indicates maturity, and decision making ability. Many people believe couples with the same age don’t respect each other.

We believe that older men won’t break our hearts the way younger men have done; we believe that an older man will have the commitment and the willingness required for a long term relationship.

Younger women, on the other hand, enjoy having someone take care of them and are attracted to an older person’s accomplishments, economic stability and EMOTIONAL MATURITY.

At the end, don’t put obstacles when it comes to love… Just live the moment as it is and leave things for future

A relationship is a two way street and it’s best when communication is also open. Although we know that sometimes it’s better to keep our mouth shut and just pretend that things didn’t happen. It’s also the knowing part you want to hear.

Just like I told her you can be tough but that doesn’t mean that you cannot choose your battle and know when it’s time to let go and move on. Although from experience it’s hard but I would rather let go of someone who doesn’t know to cherish me and the importance of sharing the relationship.

Loving doesn’t mean that your the only one who is sacrificing for the sake of saving a failing relationship. You gotta love yourself and respect yourself before loving someone else.

Know when to stop, when to let go and when to start again.

…So when we grow up we have tendency to recreate the emotional environment of our early home life … this is not got bad, right or wrong… it’s just what we know inside of as “ Home” …We also tend to recreate our personal relationships the relationship we had with our mothers or with our fathers or what they had between them.

Think how often you have had a lover or a boss who was just like your mother or father… what you did!!!!!!

We also treat ourselves and our kids the way our parents treated us…why !!!!!

What do we have to is to take five or ten minutes of our day to go ‘time travelling’ in our imagination and give your ‘little you’ the love and support that you need.

THE 90/10 PRINCIPLE

Discover the 90/10 Principle: It will change your life. The 90/10 principle is incredible! Very few know and apply this principle. The Result? Millions of people are suffering undeserved stress, trials, problems, and heartache. They never seem to be a success in life. Bad days follow bad days. Terrible things seem to be constantly happening. Theirs is constant stress, lack of joy, and broken relationships. Worry consumes time, anger ruins friendships and life seems dreary and is not enjoyed to the fullest. Friends are lost. Life is a bore and often seems cruel. Does this describe you? If so, do not be discouraged. You can be different! Understand and apply the 90/10 principle. It will change your life!

What is this principle? 10% of life is made up of what happens to you. 90% of life is decided by how you react. What does this mean? We really have no control over 10% of what happens to us. We cannot stop the car from breaking down. The plane may be late arriving, which throws our whole schedule off. A driver may cut us off in traffic. We have no control over this 10%. The other 90% is different. You determine the other 90%! How? By your reaction. You cannot control a red light, but you can control your reaction. Don’t let people fool you; You can control how you react!

Let’s use an example. You’re eating breakfast with your family. Your daughter knocks over a cup of coffee onto your business shirt. You have no control over what just happened. What happens next will be determined by how you react. You curse. You harshly scold your daughter for knocking the coffee cup over. She breaks down in tears. After scolding her, you turn to your spouse and criticize them for placing the cup too close to the edge of the table. A short verbal battle follows. You storm upstairs and change your shirt. Back downstairs you find your daughter has been too busy crying to finish breakfast and get ready for school. She misses the bus. Your spouse must leave immediately for work. You rush to the car and drive your daughter to school. Because you are late, you drive 40 miles an hour in a 30 mph speed zone.

After a 15-minute delay and throwing $60 (traffic fine) away, you arrive at school. Your daughter runs to the building without saying good-bye. After arriving at the office 20 minutes late, you find you forgot your briefcase. Your day has started terrible. As it continues, it seems to get worse and worse. You look forward to going home. When you arrive home, you find a small wedge in your relationship with your spouse and daughter. Why? Because of how you reacted in the morning.

Why did you have a bad day?

A) Did the coffee cause it?

B) Did your daughter cause it?

C) Did the Policeman cause it?

D) Did you cause it?

The answer is D. You had no control over what happened with the coffee. How you reacted in those 5 seconds is what caused your bad day.

Here is what could have and should have happened. Coffee splashes over you. Your daughter is about to cry. You gently say, “It’s OK honey, you just need to be more careful next time.” Grabbing a towel you rush upstairs. After grabbing a new shirt and your briefcase. You come back down in time to look through the window and see your child getting on the bus. She turns and waves. You and your spouse kiss before you both go to work. You arrive 5 minutes early and cheerfully greet the staff. Your boss comments on how good of a day you are having. Notice the difference. Two different scenarios. Both started the same. Both ended different. Why? Because of how you Reacted. You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens. The other 90% is determined by your reaction.

Here are some ways to apply the 90/10 principle. If someone says something negative about you, do not be a sponge. Let the attack roll off like water on glass. You do not have to let the negative comment affect you! React properly and it will not ruin your day. A wrong reaction could result in losing a friend, being fired, getting stressed out, etc.

How do you react if someone cuts you off in traffic? Do you lose your temper? Pound the steering wheel? (A friend of mine had the steering wheel fall off!) Do you curse? Does your blood pressure skyrocket? Do you try and bump them? Who Cares if you arrive ten seconds later at work? Why let the cars ruin your drive. Remember the 90-10 principle, and do not worry about it!

You are told you lost your job. Why lose sleep or get irritated? It will work out. Use your “worrying” time and energy into finding another job.

The plane is late. It is going to mangle your schedule for the day. Why take out your frustration on the flight attendant? She has no control over what is going on. Use your time to study, get to know the other passenger, etc. Why get stressed out? It will just make things worse.

Now you know the 90-10 principle. Apply it and you will be amazed at the results.

*A wealthy old Gentleman decides to go on a hunting safari in Africa , taking his faithful, elderly ** **dog ** **named Killer, along for the company. * *a ** **One day the old dog starts chasing ** **rabbits and before long, discovers that he’s lost. Wandering about, he notices a leopard heading rapidly in his direction with the intention of having lunch. ** ** **The old dog thinks, “Oh, ho! I’m in deep doo-doo now!” Noticing some bones on the ground close by, he immediately settles down to chew on the bones with his back to the approaching cat. Just as the leopard is about to leap, the old dog exclaims loudly, “Boy, that was one delicious leopard! I wonder, if there are any more around here?” ** ** ** Hearing this, the young leopard halts his attack in mid-strike, a look of terror comes over him and he slinks away into the trees. “Whew!”, says the leopard, “That was close! That old dog nearly had me!”

** ** ** **Meanwhile, a monkey who had been watching the whole scene from a nearby tree, figures he can put this knowledge to good use and trade it for protection from the leopard. So, off he goes, but the old dog sees him heading after the leopard with great speed, and figures that something must be up. ** ** ** The monkey soon catches up with the leopard, spills the beans and strikes a deal for himself with the leopard.

** ** ** The young leopard is furious at being made a fool of and says, “Here, monkey, hop on my back and see what’s going to happen to that conniving canine! ** ** ** Now, the old dog sees the leopard coming with the monkey on his back and thinks, “What am I going to do now?”, but instead of running, the dog sits down with his back to his attackers, pretending he hasn’t seen them yet, and just when they get close enough to hear, the old dog says… “Where’s that damn monkey? I sent him off an hour ago to bring me another leopard!

It felt so good. Kind of like Drinking ice cold water after running out under the noonday summer sun. But not that really cold ice water that shocks your lungs and gives you a brain freeze, just that nice cold kind that refreshes you all the way down to your hot and sticky toes.

I know a lot of us have been talking about spring and how we can’t wait for it to come and how lovely the weather will be, and I can’t wait either, but it seems that deeper down, we know spring is more than just the rising degrees in temperature and what comes with it…..

Spring is a time for new beginnings; the old falling off and the new coming on. It is a time for new life; awakening old dreams, remembering things that should never have been forgotten. It is a time to be revived; to learn again what it is to feel alive, to love, and to live fully.

Spring holds so much hope. And spring is here!!!

OMG!! if you call yourself a “Romantic Movie ” fan and have not yet seen this movie, then you should be ashamed of yourself!! haha…. Ok….

“The Mistress of Spices” starring Aishwarya Rai(Tilo) and Dylan McDermott (Doug)….OMG on Dylan! can I say he is such a HOTTIE!!? Every time I saw him in this movie it makes my knees weak!! Of course not forgetting the beautiful Rai ..I love love love her style…. Back back ..I should stop flirting here .. hehehe .. OKAYS ..Tilo (Rai) is the Spice Mistress, and she must run the spice shop, never to leave it, and never to touch the skin of another; she must use her skills to help her clients choose spices that will solve their problems, but she must never use the spices for her own desires.  She breaks these divine rules when she meets Doug (McDermott), and at first all is tragic (the spices punish her and do not call to her any longer, so she cannot effectively do her job) but eventually all is reconciled.

There are a few simple elements of this movie that I absolutely adore.  The first would be, of course, the spices themselves.  There is something terribly exotic and erotic about a shop full of spices; the scents, the flavors, the vibrant colors, the textures, the whole atmosphere…Gosh all together in this movie makes me just wanting to wander around the store, absorbing everything.

Not only the atmosphere but the “Aap Ki Nazron Ne Samjha” song makes your heart spontaneously filled with love and optimistic hopeful feelings that YOU can find & have love that’s perfect for you!

My favorite aspect of this movie is how each spice has its own meaning and purpose.  For example, “sandalwood to dispel painful memories; black cumin seed to protect against evil eye.”  There’s something so inexplicable, natural, spiritual, magical about all this .. Don’t you think ..

Life is full of surprises. Just sit back and relax and enjoy your ride. We can’t accomplish our dreams just by sitting down, right? So we work hard to get to where we wanna go and work hard to earned just a little bit more to make life comfortable.

Just look at  it that each failure there is a much greater blessing that is waiting for you. Be thankful that you are alive and well. Able to walk, to talk, to smile and even blog perhaps.

Life is never fair but dreaming can be. Keep on dreaming to make your dreams a reality who knows next year, or the next day or even the next month your dreams are coming true.
